Modernizing a Fast Fashion Giant

Forever 21 partnered with Maze to optimize their digital infrastructure and elevate the customer experience on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. We improved site architecture, streamlined the OMS/OCI systems, and introduced SMS password reset to better serve millennial shoppers. Our team also enhanced DevOps workflows, enabling faster, more reliable releases.

To drive growth, we integrated Yotpo’s Omni Loyalty platform and ran CRO tests focused on mobile UX. Using Dynamic Yield, we executed high-impact A/B testing to uncover conversion opportunities. Despite platform investment constraints, Maze delivered scalable improvements that improved Forever 21's digital presence.
