Quest Diagnostics partnered with Maze to accelerate and strengthen a critical eCommerce initiative. Tasked with re-architecting the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) environment and optimizing the project roadmap, our team helped align strategy, execution, and stakeholder expectations. Quest Diagnostics engaged Maze to bring a new digital business unit to life quickly and confidently. Our multidisciplinary team of developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product specialists assessed the in-flight project, refined the roadmap, and re-architected the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA) codebase to ensure a scalable, high-performing platform. Working in close collaboration with stakeholders, we launched the site one month ahead of the revised schedule.

Following the launch, Maze remained embedded with Quest to support operational enablement and knowledge transfer. We developed SOPs, trained IT and merchandising teams, and ensured adoption of a powerful technology stack including Salesforce OMS, Mulesoft, Marketing Cloud, Avalara, One Trust, MixPanel, Tealium, and Cloudflare. The result: a successful new business line, fully equipped for long-term digital growth.
